Position Description:
The Lettershop Lead is responsible to lead production staff through open and direct communication.Effectively communicates company & department goals and objectives such as on-time delivery, efficiencies, quality, profits and business growth.Responsible for helping lead all production departments to budgeted goals for staffing head count, overtime, temporary labor and supplies.Help schedule all workflow throughout the production areas, monitoring performance and efficiency goals and setting job priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities (not limited to):
Reinforce company policies and work procedures
Support and communicate through Employee Survey results encouraging employee engagement
Reinforce safety rules and guidelines
Monitor material to ensure that the movement of these materials meets the company's just-in-time goals so production schedules and quality are not compromised
Communicates openly with leadership team & upper management, supporting growth towards operational excellence
Understand and apply postal requirements
Comply with all ISO requirements
