Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication & time management skills
Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Maintain external and internal invoicing system
Handle & resolve client complaints in professional & timely manner
Prepare reports pertaining to sales
Create weekly statements & follow up on payments
Monday-Friday
9:30AM-6:00PM
