We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to coordinate general business office activities in an apartment community. You will be responsible for communicating to residents and families and addressing any questions or concerns they have. In this role you are the first point of contact with residents and play an important part in furthering Forest City's commitment to exceptional service. In this position your primary responsibilities will be:
*Communicating with residents and addressing any concerns
*Preparing service requests
*Maintaining a working knowledge of leasing policies and procedures
*Maintaining a working knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
*Performing administrative functions

To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
*High school diploma/GED; vocational training or college courses preferred
*1-2 years customer service experience
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
