About this job
We are looking for the right candidates to join our Maintenance Team! At Madison Apartment Group you will be responsible for executing maintenance requests by trouble shooting and completing the repairs in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities could include running work orders, (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) appliance repairs, painting and exterior maintenance.
The candidate should have a minimum of two to three years' experience in apartment / facility maintenance, have a valid driver's license and have the flexibility to respond to 'after-hour' emergency situations.
