The Housekeeping On-site Supervisor will provide business and workforce management solutions for one of our marquis hotel industry clients and will supervise some of the on-site housekeeping temporary staff. The On-site Supervisor is responsible for customer satisfaction, continuous cost efficiency, associate development and management of workers comp.

What you'll do :
- Supervise TrueBlue's on-site temporary housekeeping staff.
- Work effectively with local TrueBlue offices to secure talented housekeeping workers for our clients.
- Maximize efforts towards customer productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Handle problems effectively including anticipating and preventing issues that could negatively impact operations.
- Effectively train and on-board new temporary workers.
- Daily contact with our clients, enhancing strong business relationships to gain customer retention.
- Ensure workplace safety for all on-site staff. Daily facility walk throughs promoting safe work practices, proper protective equipment and a clean, safe work environment.
- Perform monthly safety reviews with client representatives, focused on findings from walk throughs and injury trends.
- Promptly and thoroughly address all workplace injuries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all employment records.
What you bring to the table :
- Knowledge and experience overseeing large scale hotel housekeeping operations and / or hotel staffing experience
- Two+ years housekeeping experience in the hotel industry
- Two+ years of direct supervisory experience
- Staffing experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Comfortable working in a hospitality environment.
- Experience managing critical customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including the ability to communicate effectively with the public
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sites simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Well groomed, professional appearance
