The Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellence in customer service and support to the Market Service Supervisor by performing duties in accordance with True Blue and Indianapolis Market service standards and operational procedures. This position maintains operational compliance and builds and maintains positive business relationships with customers and associates employees through effective order fulfillment.

What you'll do:

  • Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers.

  • Assists the HUB team in capturing and cultivating customer loyalty through timely filling of staffing requests. Initiates follow-up contacts to ensure jobs are completed to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Interacts daily with customers to further penetrate and develop business to generate repeat sales.

  • May perform job site visits as needed.

  • Assists the Service Supervisor in maintaining associates and customer files, including payroll and billing data.

  • Assist in the collection of payments in order to comply with accounts receivable procedures.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships through daily phone contact that includes resolving customer problems and collection of payments due.

  • Regulatory compliance responsibilities include worker safety and accident reporting, and I-9 and E-verify processing.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED and 2 years customer service, operations, and/or compliance experience.
  • Customer Service attitude with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work.
  • Bilingual language skills a plus.
