Maintenance Mechanic Job Description Maintenance mechanic perform routine maintenance, setups, changeovers, repairs, and troubleshooting of packaging machines. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Work with all maintenance mechanics, operators and supervisors to develop and enlarge technical skill base and understanding of assigned areas Maintenance mechanic will perform good housekeeping and safety practices Define root cause and provide timely execution of corrective actions on exception events that are related to equipment or maintenance personnel Job Requirements · 2+ years leading a crew of 5 or more individuals in a manufacturing environment. · Ability to plan and organize to ensure timely completion and follow up on assigned tasks · Must be able to both written and verbal form, in an effective manner · Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills as well as solid reading, writing, math and communication skills Ideal Maintenance Mechanic Candidates · HVAC, compressers, vision inspection systems or relevant experience preferred · Posses own tools · Committed to safety at all times · Excellent attendance Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Shift/Hours: 2nd shift, 3:30 pm – 12 am How To Apply Email resume to: 7353-br@spartanstaffing.com Or click Apply now Call the branch to schedule an appointment: (615) 391-4357 Spartan is an equal opportunity employer.
