About this job
Great company in Erlanger needs 12-15 people for Customer Service positions conducting phone surveys for both Businesses and Consumers. These are TEMP TO HIRE positions, where you can be hired on after a probationary period.
These positions we be from 1:30p-10:00pm Mon-Friday and pays $9.25/hr. Very good benefits are available when hired on.
Position handles two areas:
1) Business Surveys on Customer Service -- You will call out to companies on behalf of a client to conduct a survey on their recent experience in using that company's service. 2) Consumer Surveys -- Calling consumers at home to conduct a brief survey on their recent experience in using a product or service.
Requirements
- Must be able to attend and not miss the first two weeks of training
- Must have decent typing skills, with a target of 25 wpm.
- Must be pleasant on the phone and be able to pick up some new technology (the autodialer) so you can excel in performance.
- Must be at least 18 and willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
It is heavily scripted and will require decent typing skills (25 WPM).
