We
are currently seeking a Client Solution Administrator - Technical Support for
the Optum Clinical Solutions division of UnitedHealth Group.
As
a Client Solution Administrator, you will build solid technical, business, and
communications skills while helping our Client Services Group deliver and
support Healthcare IT Informatics systems and processes to our medical center
and hospital clients.
We have developed cutting edge Healthcare Informatics technologies to provide
our clients with innovative healthcare information technology solutions
designed to transform the delivery of patient care information in the
high-acuity areas of the hospital, including the emergency department,
operating and recovery rooms and intensive care units.

Requirements
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/ GED
- 1+ years of experience
in a technical support environment - 1+ years of experience
supporting internal or external customers
Assets:
- Working knowledge of MS
SQL or other RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) - Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of Healthcare
IT or Healthcare Informatics experience - 1+ years of experience
supporting proprietary software applications
