We currently have the following HomeGoods position available in Poway, California:
Backroom Coordinator: To oversee and execute the timely processing of merchandise utilizing the concepts, methods and procedures with accordance to the company standards. Supervise and train all Associates assigned to the backroom processing and partner with Store Management to resolve all discovered shipping, packaging, ticketing and labeling problems. Must have open availability including the ability to work nights and weekends.
Customer Experience Coordinator: Oversee and is responsible for executing the daily tasks required for the smooth operation of front-line activities e.g. sales, returns, phone calls, customer questions/complaints and line control and provides ongoing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers. Partner with Store Management to ensure all Associates are cross trained for the front line and make appropriate decisions regarding markdowns and damages.
