Assistant Staffing Manager Wanted - Full-time

We have a full-time opening for a Assistant Staffing Manager Wanted.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Job duties will include the following:
-Answering phones and directing associates dependent on what their needs are.
-Recruiting and interviewing potential employees to work in the field
-Staffing open positions with new recruits
-Data Entry
-Conducting Sales Calls & Appointments
-Client Relations

Professional Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in Customer Service
-Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in Hospitality (FOH or BOH)
-Sales experience is a plus, must have the desire and drive to do sales on a daily basis
-Ability to multi-task
-Flexibility in schedule
-Reliable transportation
-Result driven
-Professionalism

**Training is provided on all of the above job duties. Candidates must have a clean criminal background and reliable transportation. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
