Position Description:


This role will be responsible for the
end-to-end project management of direct and indirect communications to help
obtain proper approvals across the organization. We're looking for a strong
project manager who has experience routing multiple creative projects through
various stages of the Marketing Communications Review process. This role will
manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to engage
cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and deadlines. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end
    project management for direct and indirect mail service communications
  • Develop
    project calendars and manage to deadlines
  • Demonstrated
    ability to manage projects from end-to-end
  • Ability
    to think creatively against deadlines with acute attention to detail
  • Add
    value to strategic brainstorming sessions / campaign development
  • Translate
    objectives in a well-articulated creative brief
  • Manage
    creative build and various rounds of revisions
  • Experience
    with, creative concept development, storyboarding and message development
  • Provides
    clear and easy-to-understand creative direction to creative partners
  • Drive
    strategic and tactical messaging decisions by delivering and interpreting
    feedback from multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability
    to receive/interpret/provide direction and feedback to manage the various
    rounds of revisions among internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Follow
    the creative development process including full marketing communication review,
    package up and route to stakeholders and finalize all approvals and feedback
  • Hands
    on implementation of efficient creative execution
  • Interface
    directly with Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement partners
  • Responsible
    for production documentation, mapping instructions for variable components,
    asset management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED AND 5+ years of communications/marketing experience
  • 3+ years Experience with Marketing or Communications project coordination
  • Knowledge of marketing or communications processes, direct marketing tactics and principles
  • Previous experience with project tracking and reporting
  • Previous experience editing, proofreading, and writing marketing or communications materials/documents
  • Ability to utilize MS Word to create documents to create documents, utilize spell/grammar check, perform document formatting
  • Ability to utilize MS Excel for Basic formulas, create basic reports, prepare a budget, data entry, sorting/filtering, and basic pivot tables
  • Ability to utilize MS PowerPoint to create presentations from scratch, edit/update existing presentations, incorporating multimedia (audio, video, and animations)
  • Ability to utilize MS Project to create project timelines
  • Ability to utilize MS Visio for process flows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous creative agency experience
  • Previous experience with Publisher
