Candidates
will be working with Outbound and Inbound calls and correspondence from
Medicare Members and Plan Providers. The majority of the work will be
with Nurse Case Managers in determining outcomes for Pre-Certifications.
Candidates will be taking Inbound calls from Providers requesting
pre-certifications, as well as making Outbound calls to members to let
them know the determination.

Candidates

pre-certifications, as well as making Outbound calls to members to let

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Outbound and Inbound calls.
- Manage 20-30 calls per day while maintaining a daily report.
- Work with Nurse Case Managers on pending cases.
- Meet no more than an 11-day turnaround time for determinations.
- Create correspondence to members and call members to give pre-certification determination
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment.
- 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience working with Medicare patients.
- Experience working in a Medical Insurance and/or Managed Care environment.
