Team Members and Shift Leaders - Part-time

Requirements:
* Passion for the Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition.
* Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
* Available to work a minimum of sixteen (16) hours/week AND a minimum of three (3) days.
* Beginning - Moderate computer proficiency.
* Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts.
* Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
* Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 degrees F to -10 degrees F.

Team Member Job Overview: Team Members are responsible for delivering Jamba's BOOST Service Standards by being knowledgeable, efficient, and providing an energizing guest experience. Additionally, Team Members should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of all Jamba product nutritionals and clearly communicate this information to both the guests and store team.


Shift Lead Job Overview:
A Shift Lead is responsible for the overall shift operations, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store in the absence of Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager. Shift leads typically supervise a staff of 1 to 8 team members and carry out management responsibilities consistent with Jamba Juice policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Responsibilities Essential Functions:
General
*Deliver the ultimate guest service experience and impressions of the Jamba brand. *Able to clearly and concisely communicate Jamba product knowledge and information to all guests.
*Responsible for guest product and service standards.
*Foster an environment of team work.
*Maintain exceptional guest service metric scores.
*Follow all company operations policies and procedures.

Operations
*Execute quality store operations: - Clean blenders, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary. - Must be able to operate food preparation machinery. - Stocking of all supplies.
*Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner.
*Adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines while respecting Jamba property.
*Master all station operations of the store.
*Successfully complete the Jamba store and company policy trainings.
