Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Store Manager in driving sales and achieving store goals
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in creating and emphasizing a positive work environment
- Show pride in your work and a passion for the product and the business
- Assist Store Manager with training and developing great teams
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Retail experience a plus (2 years prior management experience preferred)
- Demonstrate a high level of energy, drive and initiative
- Must be available and willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
