In this Facets Enterprise Architect role, the ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of at least one Managed Care Organization (MCO) processing platform, like those build based on TriZetto Facets system, Healthedge, or iKA systems.  We are looking for someone with a good understanding of MCO business workflow.


 


Responsibilities include:



  • Mentor IT staff on technical and business architecture

  • Develop architecture models and standards and platform roadmaps

  • Research and recommend new and emerging technologies

  • Perform Options Analysis

  • Develop Conceptual Designs

  • Ensure Quality/Alignment of Conceptual Designs

  • Demonstrate and apply knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Standards

 


 


 

Requirements


  • Experience in various Information Technologies (SOA, ETL, UML, OOA & OOD, etc.) and how each fits within and/or complements the enterprise architecture

  • Experience with Oracle, Sybase, and/or MS SQL Server

  • Ability to facilitate and lead solution design activities

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with a Managed Care Organization (MCO) processing platform such as TriZetto Facets, Healthedge or iKA systems

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an architect or lead technical role

  • Knowledge and experience in creating and maintaining platform technology road maps

  • Experience working with different lines of businesses like Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare or Specialty Benefits

  • Integrating MCO platforms in a large/complex enterprise environment

  • Designing relational data models, and ability to work with data models from COTS vendors

ASSETS:



  • EDI experience

  • Knowledge of Project Management

  • System Configuration and migration through different environments

  • Experience integrating MCO platforms to various portals

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture processes
