Primary responsibilities include: The Community Service Representative is expected to effectively perform a variety of duties in the marketing of Home Instead Senior Care by successfully generating community awareness, promoting our services within the professional community, aggressively pursuing new referral sources and maintaining existing referral sources, according to Home Instead Senior Care standards and policies.
Primary Functions:
`Research and identify sources for client referrals.
`Make contact with existing and new sources according to established goals.
`Conduct in-service training sessions to educate and inform sources on our available services.
`Develop and successfully implement a monthly networking program.
`Research, schedule, and successfully execute regular community marketing events.
`Provide Branch Manager with weekly networking activities/progress report.
`Assist in the development of a marketing plan to most effectively inform potential referral sources of the services.
