Facilities Technician

Part time position with a 850+ attendance church in Glen Burnie, MD. Responsible for all facility related areas. Responsible for managing systems, service contracts, and small construction projects. Experience in A/C (water cooled plant and standard air/freon units), electrical, plumbing, multi-staff and contractor supervision; annual budget preparation and execution, preferred. Must be able to organize and delegate tasks. Must be a leader with a servant's heart and have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, email) is preferred. Basic handyman skills required (small projects' i.e. simple drywall patchworks repair, drain unclogging, lighting /light bulbs/ ballast knowledge, etc.).
