The Khowaja Organization (TKO) is seeking an experienced Dunkin Donuts and/or Quick Service Restaurant Manager capable of working a 6 day work week. TKO is an established franchise network consisting of 16 Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins in the downtown chicago area. Our team has operated in downtown since 1998. Currently we are seeking more dedicated people to our team as we continue to grow and develop as a network.
We are seeking professional, organized and detailed oriented people. Applicant must have previous managerial skills, math and financial management, set targets, deliver on commitments as well as conflict management skills. Potential managers are expected to actively coach and support personnel and have the passion and skills to help others grow. We are seeking for an applicant that leads by example, controls food and labor costs, is positive, energetic and has an enthusiastic demeanor.
