Service Manager
The primary function of a Service Manager is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. The designation of Service Manager means that you are one of our brake experts. You should currently have, or be close to achieving, the ASE A5 certification in brakes in order to qualify for this position. You will also assist the store manager with customer interaction, training and directing employees and occasionally back office functions such as bank deposits and inventory. You must have a valid state driver’s license to apply for this position.
Requirements
- 1- 3 years previous management experience
- Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (greeting, service, resolving disputes, etc)
- Experience with inventory, financial statements and general administrative related tasks
- Experience with hiring and training subordinate employees
- Must have own, reliable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends, to include Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Strong data entry computer skills
- Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
- Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
- Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
- Able to withstand exposure to fumes and cleaning products
