We are looking for a full-time Daycare Attendant to join our small dog daycare staff!
You can't ask for a better job than to take care of and be around dogs all day! Nonetheless, the position of the Daycare Attendant is taken seriously in that the parents of the fur babies entrust the Healthy Spot daycare team to take good care of their best friends. This provides a peace of mind to the parents while the highest level of care is given to the dogs.
The role of the Daycare Attendant is not to be the dog's best friend, but to provide the utmost personal care in a friendly, fully supervised, and active environment. It is the duty of the Daycare Attendant to protect, guide, and socialize the dogs.
With the meticulous and excellent care given to each dog, the daycare dogs become a part of the close-knit Healthy Spot family along with their parents!

The Ideal Candidate...
MUST LOVE DOGS and ideally have dog sitting or dog walking experience!
Must have a high level of dedication to learn
Must be driven and committed
Must love interacting with customers
Must understand what the purpose of daycare is for
Must have excellent oral communication skills
Must have a calm and assertive energy around dogs
Must have a highly contagious energy around people
Must be detailed oriented and enthusiastic about cleanliness
Must be flexible, punctual and reliable
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Must be capable of working independently and in a team environment
Must be capable of dealing with various types of clients
Must be capable of handling a fast pace, high stress environment
Must believe in high standards - does not accept mediocrity
Must be a self-starter and quick learner
Compensation is $9 per hour with room to grow in compensation and moving up into a managerial role.
