Quality Specialist - Full-time

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Representative for a temp to hire (or possible Direct Hire) opportunity with our client in Wilmington, MA. This position is full time, day shift. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in a related role. Responsible for all process audits in the warehouse. Will work closely with customers, vendors and various departments within the company to document and complete corrective and preventative quality actions. Annual pay rate is $38,000.00-$40,000.




- Completes daily process audits as required for local warehouse
- Assists with identification and loading of HTS codes in computer for international shipments
- Internal ISO Auditor responsibilities
- Perform trend analysis monthly and recommend corrective action
- Provide oversight of quality related warehouse functions including returns, inventory accuracy, etc..
- Assist with implementation of Corporate Quality Assurance directives
