Overview:
Bloomingdale's is seeking a productive and energetic Merchandise Fulfillment Associate for our Store to Door Shopper Process. The Store to Door Associates interacts on the selling floor and stockrooms to find our customers merchandise orders prior to shipment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Select and gather merchandise throughout the store requested by our customers
- Scanning in merchandise
- Matching merchandise with the customers order
- Packing merchandise to be shipped
- Work with the fulfillment team and complete orders on a daily basis
- Locate new merchandise arrival
- Communicate to the fulfillment team on stock levels
- Work with fulfillment team on hot selling items
Skills Summary:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Proven abilty to meet deadlines
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Must have PC experience and be comfortable learning and utilizing fulfillment systems
