Job Description:
Inbound Customer Service Representative
#1 Objective: Providing an excellent customer service experience with each and every caller and going above and beyond for the customer at all times.
Main duties include:
1. Communicating with customers by phone in a professional manner at all times. Utilize product look up system to assist customers with their purchases online.
2. Input customer's information into the system accurately and efficiently including processing payments.
Order processing and order entry of products, shipping cost, and processing payment through credit or debit card.
3. Must have current knowledge of all sales promotions, guide lines and company return/exchange policies.
4. Documenting in store customer feedback and relaying information to store manager in an email.
Skills required:
• Computer navigation and keyboarding skills.
• 1 year + in a call center environment.
• Excellent customer service skills (must be friendly, courteous, and helpful).
• Defusing and retaining elevated customer contacts while demonstrating empathy for the customer.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
Shift & Compensation:
• Monday-Saturday availability from 9am-7pm/ $11 per hour.
• Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.
• Weekly pay.
