Description

Pennsylvania MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a department and/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence, filing, managing spreadsheets, reviewing documentation, payroll, invoice submission and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support. This position may require occasional travel to Berks County for which mileage reimbursement would be provided.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • Solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Database experience a plus.
