Caregiver In Home Supports

Arizona MENTOR is seeking Caregivers, also known as Personal Service Attendants to provide In Home Support to individuals with special needs receiving services residing in the Bullhead City area. PSAs provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, respite care, and life skill activities. PSAs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activites. In addition, PSAs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

* Hiring for Part Time positions.

Initial Training Requirement: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm – Paid Training:

Approximately 2 weeks of mandatory paid training sessions are held in our Bullhead City office prior to providing care to individuals.

Sessions are held Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Car registration and vehicle insurance if providing transportation for individuals receiving services
• Six months of experience in human services preferred
• Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
