Massachusetts MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to a department an/or manager, including answering telephones, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings, as well as project based work. This position may also greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff and/or provide data entry support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
