New Jersey MENTOR is seeking a Program Director to manage the day to day operations of one to four programs in a community or small geographic area. Program Directors ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Program Director also manages, hires, trains and schedule staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred plus two to three years of experience working with the DD population.
• Knowledge of New Jersey DD Chapter 10:44 A regulations.
• DD Residential and Day Program operational experience a plus.
  
• three to five years of supervisory experience is a plus
