Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support adults with high behavioral challenges. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with REM Wisconsin you’ll be one of those special people.

Job Duties May Include:
- Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
- Medication Administration
- Providing companionship to community events
- Participate in life-skills trainings
- Assist residents with AM personal cares.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Have training or a willingness to be trained to work with individuals with challenging behaviors
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver's license (1st and 2nd shift required)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to pass our required background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
