Home Manager for Autism House

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Overall management and supervision of one, three bed HCBS Autism Program

·Familiar with personnel management, training, scheduling and evaluation

·Assist with development, implementation and documentation review of individual’s programming

·Maintain a working knowledge of and ensure compliance with HCBS standards

·Ability to manage multiple projects and time lines

·Facilitate communication with family members, county contacts, schools, and REM offices

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Previous supervisory experience

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Excellent leadership skills

·Must have a good driving record & reliable transportation

·Experience with Autism & implementation of schedules

·Experience with managing maladaptive behaviors

·High school diploma or GED

·Must be 18 years of age

·Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
