About this job
Must have general knowledge in apartment maintenance. Candidate must have experience in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Drywall, Painting, and Appliance Repair.You will be responsible for apartment turns; preparing them between residents and making sure they are ready for the new resident. Must be able to respond and complete resident's requests for maintenance services in a timely manner. Responsible for all necessary capital improvements as well as all preventative maintenance.
Must own work related tools
Superior customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience preferred, but not mandatory
HVAC and/or CPO certifications a plus
