*Previous Management experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment (apparel preferred)
*Ability to coach, direct and lead a store team to provide an outstanding customer experience while delivering the desired sales and profit results
*Outstanding employee relations and talent development skills
*Store operations expertise to include stockroom management, visual presentation, inventory and payroll control
*Time management and priority setting skills as well as the ability to multi-task
*Excellent communication and organization skills
