The Senior Administrative Assistant will be supporting 1 Vice President and 5 directors - 3 directors are onsite and 2 offsite.  This person will be helping to secure Telecommuter supplies and general office supplies within the Wauwatosa office and other offices in Wisconsin and will be coordinating any software or hardware updates that are needed.  The potential candidate will be in charge of maintaining expense reports for any charitable events or sponsors as well as budgets for the team. Advanced proficiency with MS Outlook will be required as there will be management of multiple calendars for the Directors and Vice President. Some inbound call work will be required as the candidate will answer the overflow of calls not answered by the Vice President. This person will use Concur to coordinating travel expenses and will make arrangements for flights, hotels, rental cars, etc for the Directors and the VP. As well this function will require some work within the team such as submitting time sheets for hourly employees on site as well as coordinating any broker events (food, location, etc).

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Administrative role.
  • Experience working on Budgets for office settings.
  • Experience working with Concur.
  • Experience making travel arrangements for management.
  • The ability to perform simple data entry and sort/filter functions in MS Excel.
  • The ability to email and manage multiple calendars on MS Outlook.
  • The ability to prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Executive level admin experience a plus.
  • Experience working with MS Visio.
  • Experience working with MS Access.
