About this job
As part of a newly forming team within our Optum Technology Delivery organization, you will be accountable for advising clients on Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Automation as part of complex Systems Integration programs. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients to understand the current state of SQA
- Proposing solutions to address SQA Automation needs/opportunities leveraging best practice delivery center reusable models
- Creating and implementing processes, procedures, tools and templates relative to SQA Automation
- Advising clients on best approaches to establish/enhance sustainable SQA Automation capabilities
- Assisting in building tool sets for sustained and measurable SQA Automation capabilities
- Creating SQA strategies, plans and test beds to address end-to-end systems integration needs and data strategy
- Managing collaborative relationships with clients and partners
- Ensuring successful end-to-end SQA capabilities
- Troubleshooting and problem solving issues as required
Requirements
Candidates will possess:
- Demonstrated deep SQA Automation expertise as part of large and complex systems integration programs
- Proven ability to deliver optimal solutions utilizing HP automation tool suites and integration with client functionality
- Previous experiences implementing SQA Automation tools and processes from the ground up (ie, with no existing tools or processes in place)
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to keep calm under high pressure situations involving time sensitive mission-critical software releases
- Demonstrated EDI transaction knowledge
- Successful track record of long-term, collaborative relationships with partners across the entire SDLC process
- Prior experience working as a consultant to external customers
- Previous experiences with Enrollment systems and 834 transactions desired
- Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid systems preferred
- Exposure to HIX solutions of value
