Innovations the premier salon and spa company in the southern NH region, is seeking Guest Services Representatives. The positions available for hire are a Front Desk Representative (Schedule 1) and a Laundry Attendant (Schedule 2). We are looking for mature, talented, and motivated individuals to join our team and provide five-star service to our guests.
The best candidates will be friendly, polite, courteous, reliable, and helpful, while working in a fast paced environment. They will also possess a winning attitude, professional image, skill in interaction with diverse groups and have an open mind that embraces change.
For the Front Desk position, comfort with sales, data, and point of sale software preferred. Sales and guest services experience also preferred.
The hours for hire are as follows:
Schedule 1(Front Desk): Wednesday & Thursday 9am-3:30pm, and every other weekend (both Saturday & Sunday) 8:30am-5:30pm.
Schedule 2 (Laundry Attendant): Tuesday 8:45am-4pm, Wednesday 4pm-9:15pm, Thursday 8:45am-4pm, and every Sunday 8:30am-5:15pm.
The positions are hourly wage based and the rates are determined upon experience in the above criteria.
