Pizza Maker - Full-time / Part-time

Pinocchio’s Restaurant in Media, PA is looking for a pizza maker to join their team. 

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills..

• Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and be self-motivated
• Must be someone of honor and integrity.
• Must be able to work individually as well as in a team-based setting
• Must be clean cut and maintain personal hygiene

Job Duties:

• Operate all equipment including dough roller and pizza ovens
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Food prep including toppings, cheese and sauce
• Prepare and make pizzas and strombolis in a timely manner according to our recipes
• Follow sanitary practices for food handling
• Put away and rotate inventory properly
• Responsible for the quality of food served
• Properly open/close station by following checklists
• Clean equipment and facility daily: wiping down work area, cleaning ovens, cleaning refrigerators, walk-ins, sweeping and mopping floors
• Perform other duties as needed by management
