Aerotek is currently hiring candidates to sit in a call center environment and provide customer service & collect on 1-60 day past due loans.
Job Duties:
Collection on loans in the early stages of delinquency(1-60 days)
Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls
Negotiates repayment plans
Handle collection inquiries and issues with exceptional customer service
