ARCHITECT/DESIGNER - Full-time / Part-time

JOB POSITION: ARCHITECT/DESIGNER

The American branch is specialized in Product Design and Architecture, founded in 1986 to extend the Group's services, quality and skills to companies operating outside the automotive sector. Since its foundation, it’s developed more than 500 projects winning a multitude of design awards.

Their mission is to blend the most advanced features of scientific, technological and engineering research to the most attractive design features, to enhance at maximum the everyday user experience. This company is successfully engaged in design luxury residential projects all over the world. The current projects are in Miami Brickel, Singapore, in Argentina plus new developments undergoing in Brazil.



Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Managing Director and the Italian design team to develop architectural and design projects in the American region in addition to promoting the brand, lifestyle and values.

Orchestrate a compelling, informative and consultative interaction with the prospect and then create alignment with the Client and the company’s team on the potential scope of work.

Build and leverage relationships with the company’s team in Europe and in particular with R&D, Design, Sales & Marketing and PR teams.

Create project support and analysis, presentations, reporting, industry research.

Cultivate existing Client relationships for higher level, strategic opportunities.

Demonstrate accountability for the health and profitability of accounts engaged.

Be responsive to the diverse needs, large and small, of the growing Miami office.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of 3DstudioMAX, Vray, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop etc.

Perfect in English and Portuguese , fluent Spanish, Italian is a plus.

Ideally, 5-8 years of experience in multidisciplinary architectural practice.

Sophisticated and flexible mind able to deal with the variety of different clients’ profile and needs.

In-depth experience operating within a cross-functional scenario (project management, art direction, design execution, implementation, business development, marketing).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to draft graphically appealing presentation documents.

Account management experience.

Good technical and rendering skills.

Excellent aesthetic sensibilities, design and technical skills.

Good knowledge of materials.

Project coordination experience.

Art Direction experience.

Passionate about design and how this strategically impact on users experience, product development, technology innovation, brand building and overall value creation for the Client.
