The IT Project Specialist position will assist the implementation of OptumInsight product line offerings, providing hands on product and service installs, business planning and analytic support for various levels within the customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, test and resolve data integrity for new and existing customers
• Understand the quality and depth of customer source system data to understand customer needs and deliver product solutions
• Document all required operating procedures as they relate to each specific project particulars
• Use product knowledge to perform quality testing routines and accurate installation methodologies of standard or customized data formats
• Execute assigned customer project plans and task deliverables with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Development teams, Database Administrators and management to identify/resolve issues from start to finish internally and with the customer
• Assist customer in problem identification, product solution, testing, training, and deployment
• Provide Credibility, Communication and Leadership qualities to their highest to ensure customer confidence in OptumInsight delivery abilities
• Work closely with customer and staff to coordinate implementation efforts across multiple facilities
• Responsible for adhering to the implementation time line and ensuring all deadlines are reached
