Growing Aerospace and Defense company in Chesterfield is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, be willing to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment. In this position you will have the exciting opportunity to work on a variety of build projects from radar towers to communication pods to military and humanitarian vehicles.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated work experience using hand and power tools.
Capable of following detailed instructions and working from diagrams and blueprints.
Mechanical aptitude with some knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Pay, Shift, Benefits:
$18/hr
2nd Shift starting at 2:00 p.m - 50 to 60 hours/week
Contract-to-hire
Immediate access to medical, dental, and vision benefits during contract period.
Once hired eligible for employer paid medical coverage and many more benefits.
