Job Overview: 

• Leading by example and being a role model for your crew, setting professional standards and behaviors consistent with Biscuitville ‘s values and culture.
• Training and developing Shift Managers and Crew, assist in career development
• Assist in managing restaurants budget and building sales.
• Assist the Operator in performing administrative duties including inventory count and ordering, scheduling and proper cash handling
• Take responsibility for having a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and exceptional guest service – we are guest obsessed
• Assist in marketing your store in your local community
• Oversees restaurant in when Operator is not present

Our hours of operation are 5:00am -- 2pm! Having a career with Biscuitville means the commitments you have to your family, friends, school or sports team are valued, we close at 2pm -- no nights!
