Biscuitville is a family owned (non franchised) business with 54 locations throughout North Carolina and Virginia. In preparing for this new growth, we are adding Shift Managers, Assistant Manager Trainees and Operator (General Manager) Trainees in select areas to join our family. Our hours of operation are 5:00am -- 2pm! Having a career with Biscuitville means the commitments you have to yourself, your family, friends, school, sports team and/or hobbies and past time passions are valued, we close at 2pm -- no nights!
Our management team are all key players in our organization, responsible for the success of their restaurant. You must have a very high commitment to providing exceptional guest service in your restaurant. Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to recruit, motivate, coach and lead a successful team is a must. Career development training is provided.
We prefer Operator Trainees (General Manager) to have a minimum of 5 years of QSR, hospitality or fast casual experience in a General Manager or District Supervisor role. We prefer our Assistant Manager Trainees to have at least 2-3 years management experience in the hospitality industry. For Shift Manager 1 - 2 years experience in management/ or 2 years experience in a lead position where an emphasis has been on guest services is preferred.
High School diploma or GED is required for all management positions, as well as a valid driver's licensed. Associates or four year degree is a plus.
