Project Foreman - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Energy Services is searching for qualified Construction Project Foremans for a client in NC.

Candidates with a Civil, Grading, Excavating or DOT experience are preferred.

The candidate will be planning, developing and managing multiple construction projects. This includes facilitating the construction designs, ensuring the designs are implemented with utmost safety and the whole process flows efficiently. This position will act as a single source to ensure that the project/OPS is moving within budget, plan set, general permit compliance and all additional site reporting requirements.

A. *Daily operations of field work activities and organization of subcontractors.
B. *Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring all specifications are met and executed correctly.
C. *Developing and maintaining project schedules and forecasts.
D. *Reporting regularly on project status updates including budget monitoring, schedule tracking, and personnel and equipment needs.
E. *Manage effective communications between technical, construction, and project controls groups.
F. *Study plans specifications and related documents; analyzing labor, material, equipment and time requirements.
G. *Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data & trends to generate conceptual, schematic and hard dollar estimates.
H. *Assist with engineering drawings and layouts.
I. *Collaborate with Sr. Estimator, COO, and Operations Manager on project management
