As a Retail Assistant Manager you will:
- Work closely with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training the next enthusiastic team members
- Go above and beyond to ensure our customers have a great shopping experience
- Assist with assigning tasks such as ringing up sales on cash register, and handling money for products sold
To do this job well, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or GED
- A Valid Driver's License
- Experience working on a computer
- Availability to work on weekends or holidays
- To be able to thrive under minimum supervision
- A knack for being confident, passionate, and informed.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience; and 2-5 years of retail or sales experience
