The Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Finance Manager to work mostly in our Kent County offices.  The job requires a person that is detailed, accurate, can multi-task, and is reliable.  Functions will include assisting the executive on various financial related task and responsibilities.    The job requires billing, payroll collections functions, assist with create and maintaining a monthly budget, creating financial reports via QuickBooks.  Interactions with clients and caregivers via the phone.  Customer Service experience and skills are a must.  Proprietary software is used along with online software. You will track daily payroll functions, schedules and create accurate invoices throughout the month.  You will also collect payments and submit those payments in QuickBooks Software.  This is a growth position for the right candidate.     Some weekend and after hours work is required (limited).

  • Must be reliable
  • Be able to communicate orally and written format financial data
