Full Time HHA/CNA'a Needed for a Residential Care/Group Home (Bloomington)
Evenings, Weekends, and Overnights - HHA/CNA's need to provide Personal Care Assistance for 4 resident seniors in a residential care/group home setting.
Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate and loyal HHA/CNA'a to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults in a small senior community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication management and reminders
Assistance with grooming and bathing
Assistance with toileting and incontinence cares
Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
Requirements of HHA/CNA:
Have worked in a group home setting or provided care to seniors
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
Hold current valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
Possess fluent English language skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
