Job Summary:                                           
The Occupational Health Supervisor will focus on key initiatives of Employee Wellness, Injury prevention/injury management, crisis management and first aid/CPR response and training.  

Job Description:                                           
The Occupational Health Supervisor will be responsible for supervising administrative assistants, training, supporting and meeting with wellness champions, implementing wellness and injury prevention programs, responding to injuries and illnesses a s needed, providing certification/training to First aid responders, performing urine drug collections and breath alcohol screens for the random testing program, and providing assistance and guidance to HR/H&S.  Will review and make FMLA determinations, be knowledgeable of employee benefit programs and assist employees with health related concerns.  Will assist with Occupational Health coverage in district locations as needed as assist with annual hearing testing and training, and coordinating other compliance related issues. 

Required Skills:                                           
RN/LPN.  Ability to make decisions and work independently/self directed.  Interest/knowledge/experience in health promotion.

Computer skills using Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 
                                           
Interpersonal Skills:                                           
Strong interpersonal skills, to interact with all levels of employees; supervisory skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
