Our client is a distributor and is looking for 4 Spanish-Biligual part time customer service reps.


The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing world class service in a leading edge call center environment by processing incoming orders, upselling and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner to support the sales and marketing of our supplier brands.

* Provide world class service to all customers in a customer-centric environment by assisting customers with inquiries while providing consultative selling and support.
* Ensure that sales are captured by responding to customer telephone calls and entering orders accurately and efficiently into SAP order system.
* Use selling techniques with portfolio recommendations to ensure additional sales.
* Ensure customer telephone inquiries are successfully resolved through the use of multiple customer support tools (including conducting research in SAP and/or contacting business units as appropriate).
* Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction by utilizing suggestive alternatives for out of stock or limited quantities also informing customers of deals that are currently available, etc.
* Maintain world class standards by successfully performing against department scorecard metrics.
* Identify and seek continuously to exceed the service requirements of the business units by building and managing relationships with both external and internal customers.
* Maintain professional, industry, and product knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and utilizing other available resources.
* Build and strengthen the reputation of Shared Services by embodying the Business Services Center Mission and culture at all times and in all interactions.
* Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
