Warehouse Shipping Clerk – Warehouse Associate – Shipping and Receiving – General Labor – Laborer – Picker / Packer- QC Auditors

Job Responsibilities

Will mainly be responsible for preparing orders for distribution. You will cross train in a variety of other warehouse functionsand will work as a team player, participating in loading and unloading trucks.

Other responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk role include:

• Picking and packing orders for distribution
• Preparing distribution documents

• Ensuring Quality Control
• Acquiring product knowledge
• Mastering Warehouse Management Systems
• Investigating discrepancies
• Learning international shipping and receiving

• Training in other warehouse functions
• Following all safety procedures

Job Requirements

Must be positive and able to work in a team-oriented environment. We are seeking natural leaders who are able to motivate others,learn, and grow with the organization. You must be safety conscious and able to keep workplace neat, clean, and free of hazards. You must be able tomaintain a zero error rate with a thorough understanding of the entire production process. You must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Other requirements of the Warehouse Shipping role include:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
• Must be comfortable working on your feet for long hours
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cross train
• Willingness to learn new equipment (forklifts, etc.) and computer programs
• Ability to exceed productivity standards of 98%
• Ability to meet deadlines without use of overtime
• Strong proponent of company’s safety program
