Assistant Meat Manager
WFO - Forest Park, GA
(Meat Market experience is required)
- Must be fully versed in running a higher volume supermarket.
- To assist in an emerging meat market in an ethnic area with service seafood, service Hispanic and service value added and specialty items.
- Must be capable of leading a team of meat cutters, sales clerks and wrapping clerks.
- Must be competent in scheduling, cutting list planning, quality assurance, sanitation and food safety
